Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR Manager located in Bengaluru at Wings Brand Activations(I) Pvt. Ltd. The CSR Manager will be responsible for managing customer service operations, implementing customer service policies and procedures, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also oversee a team of customer service representatives and collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in customer service management or a related field Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software Leadership and team management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
