CSR Manager

Position : CSR Manager (Fundraising & Partnerships)

Location: Delhi

We are seeking a passionate and purpose-driven CSR professional who can lead our fundraising and partnership initiatives. If you believe in creating a sustainable impact and have a knack for building meaningful corporate relations, we would love to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

 Identify and approach corporates, foundations, and HNIs for CSR fundraising

opportunities.

 Build strong, long-term partnerships that align with EcoEx’s sustainability and waste

management initiatives.

 Design impactful CSR programs and proposals that resonate with donor organizations

 Manage the complete fundraising cycle – from pitching, proposal writing, and

negotiations to MoU signoffs.

 Ensure timely execution, reporting, and documentation of funded projects.

 Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging presentations, reports, and impact

stories.

What We’re Looking For

 6–10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or donor relations.

 Strong network within corporates, foundations, and CSR heads.

 Excellent communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills.

 Understanding of CSR regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements in India.

 A self-starter who can think strategically and deliver results.

EcoEx is the first Indian digital marketplace offers plastic waste management services, waste commodity trading and Technology consulting services. We handle plastic and e-waste in the EPR services. Additionally, we sell waste commodities. And we offer technology consulting for setting up recycling units, waste to energy plants, and waste to oil plants. Its channelization and disposal with a complete set of documents which ensures the project is executed at the ground level.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
