Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process. They will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build a talent pipeline, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The Recruiter will also participate in job fairs, career events, and maintain recruitment databases. Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitement Experience in Sourcing, Screening, and Interview Coordination Familiarity with Recruitment Strategies and Talent Pipeline Development Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in Recruitment Database Management and Job Fair Participation Ability to Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Work Independently Experience with Non-Profit Organizations is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

A. Grant / Funds Management * Key role in funding allocations; financial + programmatic decisions & reporting on grants * Understand & analyze costs/budgets; question program spends proposed * Custodian of data & analytics on progress; monitoring of program(s) * Organize project reviews at regular intervals + monitor progress * Ensure prompt & apt. acknowledgment of all grant income and that all related info is accurate, up to date + well organized E. Internal Stakeholder Management * Work with the FR Head + internal teams Program / Geography Heads & teams, Finance, Monitoring & Evaluation (Reporting, Social Audits & Surveys) to ensure effective donor pitches & communication * Work with implementation teams on budgets and costing structure changes for donors F.
