Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process. They will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build a talent pipeline, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The Recruiter will also participate in job fairs, career events, and maintain recruitment databases.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitement

Experience in Sourcing, Screening, and Interview Coordination

• Familiarity with Recruitment Strategies and Talent Pipeline Development
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Recruitment Database Management and Job Fair Participation
• Ability to Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Work Independently
• Experience with Non-Profit Organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
