Job Description

The CSR Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the program progress . The role ensures that the program aligns with the company CSR strategy, complies with legal requirements, and delivers measurable social and economic impact.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop the overall strategy and framework for the Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) in line with the companys CSR goals.
Identify target beneficiaries.
Liaise with internal departments for program alignment and resource allocation.
Develop KPIs and impact measurement frameworks to track program progress.
Conduct periodic monitoring visits, audits, and evaluations to assess outcomes.
Prepare regular progress reports, MIS data, and presentations for management and CSR committees.

Preferred candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline , with a valid certification in CSR and Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in The CSR or Skill Development Sector.
