We are looking for a dynamic and motivated FEMALE CSR Manager with excellent communication skills and proven experience in the Corporate/NGO sector. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and passionate about creating meaningful social impact through strategic CSR initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1.) Develop, implement, and manage CSR strategies aligned with organizational goals. 2.) Liaison with corporate partners, donors, and stakeholders for CSR collaborations and funding opportunities. 3.) Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for CSR initiatives and long-term partnerships. 4.) Manage end-to-end project planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting. 5.) The candidate must be proficient in managing social media platforms. 6.) Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and donor reports. 7.) Represent the organization at meetings, events, CSR forums, and partner visits. 8.) Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, documentation, and audits. 9.) Coordinate with internal teams for project monitoring, storytelling, and data collection. 10.) Drive visibility and awareness of the organization’s work through strategic communication. 11.) Willing to travel Nationally and Internationally . Required Skills & Qualifications 1.) Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or related fields.2–5 years of experience working in the Corporate, NGO or CSR ecosystem. 2.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills & Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 3.) Ability to build and maintain donor/corporate relationships. 4.) Smart, confident personality with a professional appearance. 5.) Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 6.) Strong command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). 7.) Preferred Experience in fundraising, corporate outreach, or development partnerships. Candidates with experience in CSR documentation and reporting will be given preference. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
