Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor CSR strategies and projects aligned with the Trust’s vision. Build strong relationships with corporates, PSUs, and government bodies for CSR partnerships. Draft impactful project proposals, MoUs, and reports for CSR funding. Ensure compliance with CSR policies, legal guidelines, and reporting requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and field staff for effective project execution. Represent the Trust in CSR meetings, forums, and networking events. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field. 3+ years of experience in CSR/NGO sector (preferred). Strong communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills. Ability to network with corporates, government departments, and funding agencies. Project management and team coordination skills. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager . Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of DDU-GKY project activities. Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and MoUs. Coordinate with State Skill Missions (SSM), Training Centers, and other stakeholders. Manage project budgets, MIS reporting, and timely submission of progress reports. Monitor mobilization, training, placement, and post-placement tracking. Lead and mentor project staff to achieve targets. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/MSW or related field preferred). 5+ years of experience in skill development/placement-linked training projects. Strong knowledge of DDU-GKY framework, SOP, Kaushal Bharat Portal, and quality standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
