DDU-GKY Project Manager

Sun Charitable Trust is a leading NGO working for education, skilling, women empowerment, digital literacy, and rural development. We are implementing DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) projects to skill and empower rural youth for sustainable employment. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of DDU-GKY project activities.
• Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and MoUs.
• Coordinate with State Skill Missions (SSM), Training Centers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, MIS reporting, and timely submission of progress reports.
• Monitor mobilization, training, placement, and post-placement tracking.
• Lead and mentor project staff to achieve targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/MSW or related field preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in skill development/placement-linked training projects.
• Strong knowledge of DDU-GKY framework, SOP, Kaushal Bharat Portal, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with government officials, corporates, and community stakeholders.
