Business Development (BDM) responsibilities
Identify new opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, new markets, and areas for business expansion.
Generate leads: Find new business through networking, cold outreach, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
Develop strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to drive profitability and growth.
Pitch and negotiate: Develop and deliver persuasive pitches, proposals, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
Market research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Collaborate internally: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and develop solutions.
Client Servicing responsibilities
Nurture client relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Ensure satisfaction: Address client needs, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that services meet or exceed expectations.
Drive repeat business: Develop strategies to encourage repeat purchases and grow existing accounts by presenting new solutions.
Manage communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with internal departments to resolve queries.
Monitor client health: Track and measure client satisfaction through feedback and surveys.
