The role is focused on clients, requiring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically within the event industry. Essential SkillsThe role involves assisting the creative development process, It also includes managing the end-to-end development of pitch presentations in collaboration with the Design and Operations Teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client budgets are adhered to while maintaining profit margins. Personal QualitiesThe candidate must demonstrate a high level of organizational skills with the ability to plan, think critically, act decisively, and evaluate situations effectively. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities are essential. Excellent communication skills, along with a proactive, organized, and self-driven approach, are required. The candidate should be willing to travel both domestically and internationally as needed. Additionally, good leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills are key attributes for this role.

Understand client needs and prepare clear execution briefs. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Coordinate with creative, production, and other teams for smooth execution. Work with vendors and partners to ensure reliable and efficient operations. Oversee onsite event execution and provide leadership during live events. Monitor budgets, logistics, and vendor performance for cost-effective delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during planning or execution. Track campaign and event performance and share reports with clients. Stay updated with industry trends and suggest fresh ideas for projects. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business. Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and closure of each project. Follow the production calendar and manage project milestones on time. Implement standard processes and best practices for project excellence.
