Key Responsibilities

· Market Research & Analysis

· Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, client segments, and emerging industry trends in interior design and modular furniture.

· Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and marketing approaches to refine business development strategies.

· Assess potential partnerships, collaborations, and supply chain opportunities to expand market presence.

1.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify and approach prospective clients such as real estate developers, architects, corporate offices, educational institutions, and end consumers seeking interior design and modular furniture solutions.

Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, digital marketing, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.

Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.

2.Sales Strategy Development & Execution

Formulate and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth for both interior design services and modular furniture products.

Set clear sales targets in alignment with the company's growth objectives and monitor progress toward these goals.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

3.Product & Service Promotion

Collaborate with the design and production teams to stay informed about new products, design trends, and technical advancements.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital content aimed at increasing brand visibility.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars to showcase offerings and expand the client base.

4.Proposal & Presentation Development

Create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight the unique value proposition of the company’s interior design and modular furniture solutions.

Customize pitches based on the specific requirements and budgets of prospective clients.

Respond efficiently to client queries, requests for information, and formal RFPs (Requests for Proposals).

5.Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with designers, architects, engineers, and production managers to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Facilitate communication between external clients and internal teams to clarify project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

Assist in resolving any challenges during the project lifecycle, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

6.Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and project milestones.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all documentation.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. A Master’s degree is an asset.

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within interior design, modular furniture, or allied industries.
