Role Overview

As the Associate Director of Sales at Aurassure, you will lead a dynamic sales team to drive revenue growth and market penetration. You will strategize, execute, and optimize sales initiatives to achieve ambitious targets while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Design and execute forward-thinking sales strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure long-term, sustainable revenue growth.
  • Revenue Ownership: Drive consistent revenue generation through effective pipeline management and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities to expand Aurassure’s market presence across targeted regions and sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients by understanding their evolving needs and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align on messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • CRM Utilization: Effectively implement and manage CRM tools like Zoho or Freshsales to oversee customer relationships, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales data.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to monitor team and individual sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvements.
  • Numbers person: Adept at analyzing KPIs, sales trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize team output.
  • Industry Insight & Positioning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market dynamics to strategically position Aurassure as a thought leader in climate-tech and sustainability.
  • Deal Closure: Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and close complex deals, translating strategies into measurable results.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Prioritize customer satisfaction through a deep understanding of client goals, long-term value creation, and proactive support.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and market development activities

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within the environment management, sustainability, climate risk, IoT or similar sectors.
  • Team Leadership: Proven capability in leading, inspiring, and nurturing high-performing sales teams.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering background with MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a must.
