Role Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide exceptional customer support during on-site visits and over the phone. Install new equipment and ensure it operates according to specifications. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance service delivery. Keep accurate records of service visits and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address recurring issues. Train clients on the proper usage and maintenance of products. Handle service requests and ensure timely follow-up. Prepare detailed reports on service activities and client interactions. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements. Assist in troubleshooting processes and developing best practice service protocols. Participate in team meetings to discuss service strategies and improvements. Comply with safety regulations while performing on-site tasks. Provide feedback to improve service product offerings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role. Strong technical understanding of electronic and mechanical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in customer service and field operations. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards. Willingness to travel as required for service visits. Proficiency in using service management software and tools. Strong documentation skills for maintaining service records. Ability to train and educate clients on service processes. Strong organizational skills to manage service schedules. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work environments.
