Role Description


Mandatory Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media management.
  • Proven experience in developing social media strategies and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Highly organized with project management capabilities and the ability to meet tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and develop tailored content strategies to engage them on social platforms.
  1. Content Creation & Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs) that resonates with the audience.
  1. Community Management:

  • Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing online discussions.
  • Monitor social media conversations to understand customer sentiment and identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  1. Campaign Coordination:

  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  1. Collaborative Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on market strategies and customer engagement efforts.
  • Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engage with target audiences on social media.
  1. Stay Current with Trends:

  • Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative in its approach.
  • Adapt strategies based on changing market dynamics and audience behaviour.

 

  • Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., technology, retail, entertainment] sector.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing.
