IT Support Engineer

As an IT/Technical Support Engineer at Intellitech IQ Consultancy, located in Hyderabad, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch technical support to clients around the globe. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and IT services for our clients. Your primary tasks will include providing desktop/laptop/software support, resolving hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems when necessary, and delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as chat, voice, and in-person interactions. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT Chat, Voice, and Desktop support. Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, basic applications like MS Office Suite, Outlook Configuration, O365, and Active Directory concepts is essential. You should also have experience in installing/uninstalling software applications on various devices, familiarity with L1 support protocols, and troubleshooting skills. Additionally, knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, network protocols, and configurations will be advantageous in performing your duties effectively. The role may require flexibility in working hours, as it involves 24*7 operations and supporting US & UK shifts.
