Title - Administrative Executive Work Location - Hyderabad Experience - 4-6 Years Job Type - Work from office - 5 days a week Must Have Skills - Administrative experience with excellent verbal and written English communication skills Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant with minimum 4 years of experience to manage administrative and operational tasks efficiently. This role involves calendar management, expense tracking, travel and visa coordination, vendor management, event planning, and PO/SOW documentation. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and capable of generating reports and presentations. Mandatory Skills Proficiency in MS Word/, PowerPoint/Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Soft skills Interpersonal relationship management, Time Management, etc. Role Description • Calendar & Scheduling : Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. • Expense Management : Track and process reimbursements, maintain financial records. • Travel & Visa Coordination : Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa applications. • Vendor Management : Communicate with vendors, handle negotiations, and ensure timely deliverables. • PO & SOW Documentation : Create, review, and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) in coordination with finance and procurement teams. • Event Planning : Organize corporate events, including town halls, celebrations, parties, and meetings; oversee logistics, invitations, and execution. • Report Generation : Prepare summaries, financial reports, and business presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. • Confidential Record-Keeping : Maintain files, contracts, and essential business documents securely. • General Administrative Support : Assist with emails, communications, and day-to-day tasks.
