Job Title Administrative Executive Location Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Qualification Undergraduate Job description PhD Programme Administrative Support: Oversee PhD Admission Manage marketing on social media of the program Manage admission records; interviews and communicating with applicants Provide timely updates to students on internship opportunities and progress.
Admissions Management: Oversee the end-to-end admission process. Handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries related to admissions. Organize and coordinate admission interviews. Handle the admission portal. Maintain and update Swagatham and CMS portals. Manage student ID issuance.
PhD Seminars and Workshops Maintain a comprehensive list and report of events happening in the school. Coordinate with the PGP Office for scheduling academic and non-academic events. Liaise with the Dean’s Office to ensure proper arrangements, approvals, and smooth execution of events. Manage event logistics, including venue setup, seating arrangements, and AV equipment. Research Committee/PhD Committee support: Organise regular meetings with student clubs and committees to ensure they remain active. Support student groups in organizing more activities and events. Maintain a comprehensive record of activities organized by clubs and committees.
