Business Development: Studying the Tender Document & analyse major Commercial and Technical Points. Co-ordination with various departments such as Design, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Legal etc. to get various inputs in line with Techno-commercial requirement of Bid specification. Post bid follow up and responding to the queries / clarifications. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving business. Graduate in Civil Engineering PGDM / MBA preferred Effective communication skills, experience in tendering and BD of engineering consultancy companies, willing to travel . Excellent computer skills; Ability to operate computer and good knowledge of the operation of spread sheet and power point.

Employee on boarding, joining formalities, documentation, induction, conducting orientation and co-ordination with the internal team. You should possess a strong background in reporting accounting and finance to be a part of our team. Your educational qualifications should include CA, Inter CA, M.Com, or DCA. In terms of experience, you should have 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field. This role will involve working closely with post processing and analysis of data collected from state-of-art equipment for highway and structural assets to ensure effective maintenance and decision-making strategies for infrastructure management. You will be responsible for reviewing and validating the collected data from the site. Additionally, you will perform post-processing and analysis of data using software tools, with preferable experience in advanced Excel formulas and a quick grasp of upcoming new tools. An interest in coding with programming languages will be a plus. Furthermore, you will need to possess report preparation skills with a focus on better visualizations such as maps and charts. Automation using available online tools will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of industry standards and the latest technologies is also required. Exposure in bridge design Exposure of working on detailed design projects of Concrete Bridges such as Highway Bridges,River Bridges, Interchanges, ROBs Viaducts, Flyovers, Cable-Stayed etc. Exposure in bridges engineering software such as STAAD, MIDAS, and any other advance design related software. Proficient in all Microsoft Office software particularly MS Excel and Word.

Ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and advise CFO on fund requirements. Liaise with banks on working capital, LC/BG, and other facilities. 4. Operational Control: Strengthen internal controls, approval processes, and financial discipline. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes. 5.
