Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Bengaluru for an Administrative Executive. The role involves managing general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining records, and supporting daily operational activities. The Administrative Executive will collaborate with multiple departments, ensure efficient communication, and deliver executive-level administrative support. The individual will also handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Strong Interpersonal Skills coupled with effective Communication ability
• Experience in General Administration and organizational tasks
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in using productivity tools and office software
