BIM Architectural-Senior Engineer

As a BIM Architectural-Senior Engineer based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for utilizing your 5-10 years of experience in the field. Your educational background should include a B.Arch in Any Specialization, Diploma in Architecture/Civil, or a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil. Proficiency in software tools like Revit Architecture, AutoCAD (2D), Bluebeam, and MS-Office is essential for this role. Your primary roles and responsibilities will involve showcasing expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and the Autodesk construction cloud platform. You will be expected to create Architecture drawings for various projects including Data centers, Hotels, Hospitals, and other residential/commercial/industrial buildings. Additionally, your tasks will include Architecture BIM modeling, managing BIM models, interpreting technical drawings, and coordinating with Structural Engineers and MEP teams to resolve clashes. Knowledge of add-ins such as dynamo and pyrevit will be advantageous, as well as experience with BEPS implementation and ensuring compliance with project standards. Exposure to working on Spanish projects or familiarity with the Spanish language is a plus but not mandatory. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience with BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is required, and experience with PyRevit and Di-roots will be beneficial.
