Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting daily IT problems and ensuring smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability
• Assist with LAN, WAN, and basic server support
• Maintain IT inventory, records, and documentation
• Provide on-site and remote support to users
• Follow company IT policies and data security guidelines

Qualifications:

• B.Sc, Diploma, B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or BCA
• Relevant certifications such as Red Hat, Cisco, CompTIA, or Microsoft are an advantage

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Customer-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
