Area Sales Manager(ASM)–TMT Sales (All Kerala)

Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement : Achieve the sales targets for TMT bars within the assigned area. Monitor and drive sales growth, ensuring revenue and profitability. Market Expansion : Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the market share by adding new distributors, retailers, and key customers (contractors, builders) in the assigned territory. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, contractors, and builders. Ensure excellent customer service and address client needs promptly. Channel Management : Oversee and manage the distribution network for TMT products, ensuring effective stock availability, supply chain efficiency, and optimized delivery timelines. Reporting and Forecasting : Prepare regular sales reports, track performance, and provide sales forecasts for the region. Identify and address challenges in achieving targets. Brand Promotion : Work with the marketing team to organize promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and other events to enhance brand visibility in the market. Key Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in any field. Experience : At least 3 years of experience in sales of TMT bars. Skills : Good communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with the construction industry and its stakeholders.
