Job Description

A Solar Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer acquisition : Identify and acquire new customers through various channels, such as door-to-door sales, referrals, and online marketing. 2*. Needs assessment*: Assess customers' energy needs and provide personalized solar energy solutions. 3. Product knowledge : Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and technologies. 4 . Sales presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of solar energy solutions. 5. Proposal development: Develop and present customized proposals to customers, outlining the scope of work, costs, and benefits of solar energy solutions. 6. Sales targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. 7. Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Skills and Qualifications 1. Sales experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry. 2. Product knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy products, systems, and technologies. 3. Communication skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Customer focus: Strong customer- Centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Results-driven : Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Industry Knowledge 1. Solar energy industry: Familiarity with the solar energy industry, including market trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks. 2. Energy efficiency: Understanding of energy efficiency principles and practices. 3. Sustainability: Knowledge of sustainability principles and the benefits of renewable energy.
