Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling. Your expertise will be utilized to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide Energy Solutions to home owners (Residential Solar Systems) - Handle technical inbound sales calls with prospective clients for 1 to 100 KW Solar Plants - Submit quotations to potential buyers ranging from 1Kw to 100Kw - Analyze customers' electricity consumption and provide energy solutions **Qualifications:** - Preferred Diploma/ Degree Candidate with 1-2 years of experience - Technically sound about solar solutions for homeowners - Great communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi - An attitude to get things done and willingness to work a minimum of 2 years - Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to close deals - Should have own vehicle In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers: - Multifold chances to build a career in the Solar Energy Sector - Exponential growth in salary and other remuneration - Great learning curve and hands-on experience in the solar industry for the future As a candidate for this position, you will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling.
