IT Support Engineer

You will be responsible for the following tasks as an IT Executive at the company: - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and pharma-related software. - Provide IT support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues. - Manage ERP, pharma-specific applications (LIMS, SAP, Track & Trace, etc.). - Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with pharma IT guidelines. - Troubleshoot issues related to printers, scanners, and other IT assets. - Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase and AMC. - Maintain IT inventory, access rights, and system documentation. The company requires candidates with the following qualifications: - B.CA / M.CA / B.Sc IT / M.Sc IT / Diploma in IT Please note that the company prefers candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience for this position. The work location is at Sola, Ahmedabad, and the working hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM. This is a full-time job that requires in-person work at the office.
