Must have completed hardware related course. Good resolution skills, Ability to multitask, Ability to work in a team, Have good sense of judgment. Some Knowledge of Firewall and Anti-virus console will be added advantage. Preferred candidate profile Quick understanding of technical issues. OS (Windows Client and Server) installation MS Visual studio, SQL Server database installation. Outlook configuration. Hardware maintenance, troubleshooting and assembling. Hardware cleaning with blower. Conducting regular system audits. Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff. Different software, hardware, printer installation.
