Assistant Brand Manager

You’ll work closely with the founder and creative teams to shape Wootz.Work’s brand presence across platforms, lead content initiatives, and manage stakeholder collaboration with speed and ownership

Responsibilities

• Support brand strategy and lead execution across content, campaigns, and digital touchpoints
• Collaborate on creative concepts, social media, and marketing experiments for visibility and engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external partners to ensure brand consistency
• Help build marketing frameworks and identify new ways to position Wootz.Work in global markets
• Track performance and improve future content and campaigns

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or digital content
• Strong understanding of digital platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) and campaign basics (mandatory)
• Good written and verbal communication
• Creative thinking and a good design eye (you don’t need to be a designer, but should think visually)
• Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership end-to-end
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, this is an in-office role (mandatory)
