Position Overview:

Gokyo Outdoor Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Malad, Mumbai office, reporting to the Marketing Head. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing sales growth, executing market activations, and driving strategic initiatives to expand brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities, including events, sponsorships, and activations to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive retail conversions and strengthen consumer connections.
• Identify market activation opportunities, manage vendor coordination, and optimize budgets for high-impact offline marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and maximize return on investment.
• Execute localized marketing initiatives, trade partnerships, and engagement-driven activations to enhance brand awareness and sales growth.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, or event management, preferably in fashion, retail, or outdoor gear.
• Proven expertise in on-ground activations, sponsorships, retail marketing, and trade partnerships.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking to drive innovative marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns efficiently.
