About the Role

We’re looking for a self-driven, design-savvy engineer

multidisciplinary role

Key Responsibilities

Design and create
pitch decks
, proposals, and pre-sales documents that combine technical accuracy with visual storytelling
Translate complex engineering concepts into customer-facing content with clarity and impact
Support the sales team with presentation materials, BOM breakdowns, ROI calculators, and custom Excel tools
Collaborate with engineers and product owners to extract USPs and convert them into marketing collateral
Conduct competitor research and build differentiated product positioning
Ensure consistency of visual branding, formatting, and tone across all external-facing
materials
Drive internal timelines for proposal submissions with fast, independent execution
Manage communication with customers during the pre-sales phase, ensuring
expectations are aligned and well documented

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial preferred)
1–3 years of experience in
pre-sales, marketing, communication, or business
development
roles in an industrial/tech/manufacturing company
Strong skills in:
PowerPoint
(deck design and storytelling)
Excel
(financial models, calculators, ROI frameworks) o Basic tools like Word, Canva, Google Slides, etc.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
Demonstrated ability to work independently
, under tight timelines, with minimal supervision
Strong visual sense and eye for design
(aesthetic and layout matters!)
Driven, disciplined

fast-moving
— able to take ideas and turn them into outcomes without delay
