Assistant Marketing Manager

You will be serving as an Assistant Marketing Manager for Malabar Gold & Diamonds in the designated locations of Karaikudi, Kumbakonam, Pudukkottai, Ramanathapuram, Tiruppur, and Vellore. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and achieve the sales targets established by the organization with the support of your Marketing Team. In this role, you will oversee and guide the Marketing Team Members (MTMs) to ensure they are motivated and equipped to reach their targets effectively. It will be your duty to supervise customer inquiries, coordinate and execute localized marketing campaigns in alignment with the Corporate Marketing department, and stay abreast of the latest market trends and developments. Networking with key industry stakeholders to gather insights on competitors" marketing strategies and activities will be vital. You will be required to verify the reports submitted by marketing employees by conducting phone calls for authenticity checks. Your focus will be on below-the-line (BTL) activities, ensuring diligent follow-ups on collected addresses, inviting customers via phone outreach, and personally engaging with premium customers to drive business growth. It will be crucial to monitor the GPS application to track marketing personnel's availability in all designated areas and promptly escalate any issues to the HR department. Building strong relationships with potential customers, providing necessary training to your team, generating marketing management information system (MIS) reports, overseeing hoarding boards, and fulfilling any additional tasks delegated by the management will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will fall under the Marketing functional area, and you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall marketing and sales objectives of the organization.,
