Assistant Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive long-term partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Proactively address customer issues, gather feedback, and implement strategies to improve retention and loyalty.
  

New Market Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and export markets.
• Lead market expansion efforts in key regions including Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Malaysia.
• Conduct market research, assess feasibility, and develop market entry strategies in line with regulatory and local requirements.
• Build relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders, presenting clear recommendations to management.
  

Product Marketing

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and revenue.
• Create and manage marketing collaterals and support product launches and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine positioning and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare market intelligence, sales performance, and marketing KPI reports for management.
• Maintain accurate CRM data covering customer interactions, pipelines, and marketing activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and competitor strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Support overall marketing and business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Identify new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve marketing efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
