Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:

  • 1520 years of HR & IR experience in pharma/manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and union management.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
