The ideal candidate will focus on driving room revenue, managing corporate accounts, creating partnerships, and supporting the resorts business growth across segments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow corporate, travel agent, wedding, and event-based business Handle B2B & B2C sales channels for room nights and banquet packages Create and implement monthly/quarterly sales plans Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, travel partners Conduct sales calls, property visits, and client meetings Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals Coordinate with operations & reservations for seamless service delivery Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor insights Achieve revenue targets set by management Prepare sales reports & update CRM/lead tracker
