Role & responsibilities

Your responsibilities include Recruiting, Employee Joining formalities like Induction, System training, Training & Development, Issuance of Employee Letters, and also Exit formalities.

You are also responsible for Payrolls processing and Statutory compliances. Apart from these your duties also includes CRM portal management, Employee database management, Employee Attendance management, Employee Engagement, Grievance handling, Retention, HR day to day Operations, Appraisal Process, Timely implementation of HR policies and rules & regulations and other Admin roles.

Maintaining confidentiality of management instructions and various other important aspects of HR work.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduation and Post Graduation

Good communication skills

Confidence and Patience

Active listening

Good interpersonal or coordination skills
