About the Role

Assistant Manager – Marketing

What you’ll do

Marketing & Agency Coordination

• Work closely with agencies to plan and execute campaigns across social, digital, and offline channels.
• Ensure all marketing collaterals are high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time.
• Help track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Content & Social Media

• Plan and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, emails, and landing pages.
• Write engaging, clear, and medically accurate content.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts, visuals, or ad creatives.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to maintain consistent messaging.

Website & SEO

• Update and optimize website content for SEO and better user experience.
• Monitor website analytics, landing page performance, and keywords to improve results.

Paid Campaigns

• Help run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms when needed.
• Assist with ad copy, creative briefs, and monitoring performance.

Who you are

• 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably across content, campaigns, or digital growth.
• Strong writing skills and storytelling ability.
• Comfortable coordinating agencies and managing multiple projects.
• Familiar with GA4, Ads Managers, SEO tools, and basic design tools.
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
