Marketing Lead

Your Mission: To Build and Scale Our Global Marketing Engine

  • Develop & Own the 360° Strategy:

     Craft and lead the integrated marketing plan (Digital, ATL, BTL) to drive growth across diverse international markets.
  • Master the Patient Funnel:

     Design, manage, and optimize data-driven patient acquisition funnels, from first touchpoint to conversion with a relentless focus on improving Cost-Per-Lead and lifetime value.
  • Lead Brand & Creative Excellence:

     Steward the Medijourn brand globally. Oversee all branding, design, and content to ensure a consistent, compelling, and trustworthy presence across all touchpoints.
  • Drive Performance Marketing:

     Hands-on management of digital advertising budgets across Google, Meta, and Programmatic platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and scalable growth.
  • Embrace AI-Powered Marketing:

     Integrate and leverage AI tools for predictive analytics, hyper-personalized content, automated segmentation, and campaign optimization to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage Agency & Partner Ecosystems:

     Lead and hold accountable our roster of agencies (creative, digital, media) to deliver best-in-class work that meets our strategic goals.
  • Communicate with Influence:

     Develop insightful presentations and strategy decks that clearly articulate performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to founders, leadership, and global partners.

You Are The Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 6-10 years of marketing experience,

     with a 

    minimum of 4 years specifically in healthcare marketing

     (e.g., hospitals, health tech, medical devices, telehealth). 

    This is non-negotiable.

  • A proven track record of building and optimizing 

    performance-driven marketing funnels

     that generate high-quality leads.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in 

    digital advertising (Google, Meta), marketing automation, and analytics.

  • Demonstrable experience integrating 

    AI/ML tools

     into marketing workflows for efficiency and innovation.
  • Experience managing 

    multi-country marketing campaigns

     and navigating different cultural nuances.
  • Excellence in 

    agency management

     and the ability to lead cross-functional teams (ops, product, sales).
  • Superb 

    presentation and storytelling skills,

     with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
