ASSISTANT MANAGER- MARKETING

Responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing brand visibility and driving lead generation. Must have strong communication skills and 5+years of experience in the Pharma FMCG sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist With Marketing Strategy: Helping to develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Market Research & Analysis: Identify market trends, customer preferences, and monitor competitors moves, activities and plans.
• Assisting in the creation of marketing materials
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns & ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
• Design various promotional and incentive schemes to meet sales objectives.
• Assisting in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows and CMEs, Health Camps and other activities.
• Ensuring marketing materials are up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Track product & segment wise market share for individual HQs, Areas, Regions, Zones & PAN India Level.
• Ensure all marketing efforts follow the brand guidelines.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years.
• Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Candidates with MBA (Marketing) Degrees will be preferred.
• Past experience with leading Ayurvedic/OTC/FMCG companies. Candidates with Ayurvedic experience will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Google sheet & Other Marketing software’s like CRM.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing content and collaborating with teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging marketing campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of ATL/BTL activities.
• Open to Travel PAN India.
