SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing brand visibility and driving lead generation. Must have strong communication skills and 2+ years of experience in the Pharma or FMCG sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Distribution Planning of POP materials, Promotional Gift Items & Product Samples to Sales Team & Coordinate with Logistics for the same.
• Assist reporting manager with Market Research and Analysis.
• Maintain Data in Excel/Google Sheet as per Management requirement.
• Assist in implementation of various marketing activities & events.
• Create & generate reports based on KPIs of ongoing marketing campaigns & activities.
• Assist in creating marketing collaterals.
• Maintain CRM regularly.
• Monitor and update industry trends and competitor activities to keep up with market changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various Vendors.
• Collect and evaluate marketing efforts using data and feedback.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years.
• Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Candidates with MBA (Marketing) Degrees will be preferred.
• Past experience with leading Ayurvedic/OTC/FMCG companies. Candidates with Ayurvedic experience will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Google sheet & Other Marketing software’s like CRM.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing content and collaborating with teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging marketing campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of ATL/BTL activities.
• Open to Travel PAN India.
