Senior Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Executive position should be enthusiastic about spending time in the field market as per the assigned area. You will be responsible for visiting different projects daily to gather information. This information should then be shared with the staff at the office, who will subsequently upload it onto our Property Portal. Additionally, you will be in charge of successfully managing a team and should possess knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis. In this role, you will also be required to promote our portal during property visits with builders/sellers in the market. You should aim to become an expert in your designated area, providing advisory services to clients or buyers who visit our office. It is important to note that there are no sales targets associated with this position. The salary for this position is not restricted to the mentioned range of INR 180,000 - 240,000 P.A. Competitive compensation will be offered based on your current CTC and market standards.
