CREATIVE MANAGER

Our brand Pravek has an in-house design team and we are looking for a Creative Manager with an opportunity to work in multiple areas of interests like social media, corporate collaterals, ecommerce, event-related design, packaging, etc.

Preferred Location: Noida, Delhi NCR

Education: Preferably a formal education in the field of design or an equivalent portfolio that suits the profile.

Experience: At least 5 years in the respective field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing product promotion collaterals like print advertisements in the form of banners, posters, standees, catalogues, pamphlets, etc. Assist the marketing team’s promotions efforts.
• Designing promotional items such as gift boxes, gift bags and tags, calendars, diaries, etc. and corporate collaterals as needed. Taking care of routine orders such as office stationery, visiting cards, id-cards.
• Handle vendor coordination and file conversion in required formats.
• Help the social media team plan and execute campaigns. Create social media creatives - static and video both.
• Creating product mock-ups for use as needed. Handle image editing, layouting, branding and any other graphic and design requirements.
• Graphic requirements for ecommerce and website including but not limited to creating A+ content, emailers, etc.
• Take the creative lead on events and exhibitions.
• Understand and ensure the brand guidelines are followed in all artworks.
• Help ideate, design and execute packaging requirements and artworks.
• Bring in experts, vendors and agencies to further the efforts where needed. Manage them to ensure the tasks at hand are completed as required and within budget and set deadlines.
• Handle all design and media proposals and ensure the terms and conditions of the contract/ agreement are honoured.
• Assist in and conduct photo shoots if and when needed.
• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure smooth department operations.
• Documentation and record keeping as needed. Maintaining the company's digital and physical assets in an organised manner.

• Understands branding and the importance of the same.
• Proof-reading and cross-checking before sending anything for final use.
• Proactive, upbeat and positive.
• Highly productive and understands the importance of timelines.
• Strong team orientation with interpersonal skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
• Should ensure the growth of team members’ portfolio along with your own.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of copyright and creative commons.
• Ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest advancements and news in the industry and use the same to help the company grow.
