About CIY CIY (Craft It Yourself) is an art and craft supplies store in Aundh, Pune. Along with selling art materials, we also run a creative art workshop studio where we host fun, relaxing weekend workshops for people of all ages. We are a small and growing team, and the environment is creative, peaceful, and community-driven. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is either: Just starting their career Restarting their career after a break Looking for hands-on experience in content creation, social media, and creative work This is not a temporary or freelance role . We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term. You don’t need to be an expert. We’re okay if you’re still learning — as long as you’re responsible, consistent, and genuinely interested. What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Work) Start your day by checking Instagram for messages, DMs, or repost requests Post regular content (images, reels, stories) about the store, products, or workshops using Canva or other simple tools Edit and upload influencer videos or customer videos (you’ll receive the files) Take basic photos/videos if new products arrive or something creative is happening at the store Research new content ideas for Instagram and LinkedIn Assist the CEO if any task or help is needed with content or communication Coordinate with the workshop artists/instructors before weekend events Share updates about upcoming workshops, ongoing deals, or products Support in managing influencer collaborations Occasionally guide or support sales staff if needed on content or updates Skills You Need Basic understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn Willingness to create content using tools like Canva or InShot Comfortable talking to customers, artists, or influencers when needed Open to learning and trying new things Consistent and responsible in daily tasks No professional degree or prior experience required, but any small portfolio or example is appreciated Additional Info This is not a high-pressure job Working hours will be shared during the interview Weekend availability is a plus (especially during workshops) Pay will be discussed based on time commitment and skills How to Apply If you're interested, send a short message about yourself and any sample work (if available) to: 📩 Joshisanjana02@gmail.com Show more Show less

Lead the creation of visually stunning graphics across all digital touchpoints, including websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
