Role Purpose:
Keep daily online orders running smoothly. Make sure products are listed correctly, orders arepacked fast and clean, and returns are handled without mistakes.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship all daily orders on time.
- Use correct packing for yarn (clean, safe, no damage, no mixing of colours).- Generate labels, invoices, and update tracking.
- Check, record, and organise stock.
- Handle returns: inspect items, restock, update system.- Report low-stock items.
- Create and update product listings (photos, price, description, variants).
- Ensure all listings are correct, clean, and follow brand style.- Upload new products fast.
- Manage orders and listings on Shopify + marketplaces (if any).
- Fix listing errors, SKU mistakes, and stock mismatches.
- Share tracking details when needed.
- Basic support for order issues (wrong item, delay, return query).
