Creative Manager

Company Description

We’re Vidrow, a creative agency specializing in branding, performance, and 360-degree marketing campaigns. Founded by IIT Kanpur alumni turned filmmakers, we produce creative assets, primarily videos, to meet business goals. Our clients include notable companies like Inmobi, Sharechat, Vyapar, Testbook, and Apnamart, with whom we have developed ads that drive awareness and conversions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Manager located in Bengaluru. The Creative Manager will oversee creative direction and strategy, manage branding projects, and handle day-to-day project management. The role involves coordinating with team members and clients to develop and execute creative concepts. The Creative Manager will also ensure that all creative outputs align with the client’s goals and brand identity. Strong writing sense is a must.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
• Experience in Branding projects
• Strong Project Management skills
• Knowledge in ads writing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a larger team
• Experience in the creative agency or advertising industry is a plus
• Graduation from top IITs and involvement in Drama/Film/Literary clubs is a big plus
