About the Role

Sukirana Studios is looking for a strategic and highly creative Creative Manager to lead content ideation and execution across film, digital content, and branded campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong storytelling capabilities and manage the creative vision from concept through production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for films, branded content, digital campaigns, and live shows
• Translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts, scripts, and visual storytelling
• Manage end-to-end production lifecycle: pre-production, shoot supervision, and post-production
• Collaborate with internal teams (writers, directors, designers) and external agencies/vendors
• Review and guide edits, graphics, music, and final output to ensure brand alignment
• Create and present creative pitches, storyboards, and concept decks to clients
• Maintain timelines, creative quality, and client satisfaction across multiple projects
• Stay updated with industry trends, content formats, and emerging storytelling styles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, content creation, or creative management
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and film mediums
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
• Familiarity with production workflows + knowledge of editing/creative tools (Adobe Suite, etc.)
