About the Role

Sukirana Studios is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead content strategy and digital engagement across multiple platforms. If you love storytelling, analyzing trends, and building communities online—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other social platforms
• Develop platform-specific content strategies to increase reach, engagement & conversions
• Manage social media calendars, campaign rollouts & brand communication tone
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and production teams to deliver compelling creatives & videos
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, audience growth) and optimize regularly
• Stay updated with trends, new features, formats & best practices in social media
• Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships & online reputation
• Respond and engage with comments, DMs, and community feedback
• Track competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience managing brand/social media channels
• Strong understanding of content strategy and digital storytelling
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with short-form video formats and social media tools
• Strong communication, copywriting & organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environments

Good to Have

• Experience in the Film/Media/Entertainment industry
• Basic design/editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Knowledge of paid media campaigns (Meta & Google)
