Job Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s online presence across all major platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, tracking performance, running campaigns, and building strong brand visibility. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital communication.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting.
  • Collaborate with the design team for graphics, creatives, and video content.

2. Platform Management

  • Handle all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and others.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries.
  • Monitor page activity and community growth.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Run ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).
  • Support marketing goals such as product promotions, events, and recruitment drives.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies.

5. Brand & Strategy Development

  • Maintain consistent brand voice aligned with company values.
  • Research trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
  • Suggest new ideas for growth, storytelling, and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years experience in social media handling; agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of all major platforms and trends.
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools preferred).
  • Good communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.90 - ₹16,000.95 per month
