Job Description

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and ensuring a healthy work environment aligned with the company’s goals. The HR Manager will work closely with management to support strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Conduct onboarding, induction, and training for new employees.

2. Employee Relations

  • Maintain positive work culture and handle employee grievances.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage payroll inputs, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Support managers in monitoring employee performance.
  • Plan employee development and training programs.

5. Policy Development

  • Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Ensure employees follow HR rules and company standards.

6. Strategic HR Support

  • Contribute to workforce planning, organisational development, and retention strategies.
  • Provide HR insights to management for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (for senior roles, 5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,747.44 - ₹30,000.60 per month
