Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Manager who lives and breathes design and storytelling. Someone who understands how visuals move people, how videos grab attention, and how AI tools can make creativity faster and smarter.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging content across formats — static, motion, and video — for digital and social media campaigns.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos using

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  .
• Design creative visuals, thumbnails, and social assets using

  Adobe Photoshop

  and

  Adobe Illustrator

  .
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams to translate marketing objectives into strong visual narratives.
• Experiment with and adopt

  AI-based design and video generation tools

  (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Pika, Kaiber, Synthesia).
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines with a strong eye for detail.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in a

  marketing agency or creative studio

  .
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  .
• Understanding of AI tools for design and video production.
• Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media formats, platform trends, and visual storytelling best practices.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Degree in Design, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field preferred.

Preferred

• Prior experience in agency setups or with B2B brands.
• Familiarity with tools like After Effects, Canva, or Figma.
• Exposure to content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
