Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Franchise Coordination: Collaborate with the Business Development team to support the on-boarding of new franchisees (FOCO) and expansion of Outlets as per Company’s Business plan. Liaise with real estate teams to evaluate and secure suitable locations for new outlets. Assist in the planning and execution of Projects and new cafe launches, including site setup, equipment installation, and staff training. Operations Management (Primary Focus): Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all company-operated cafes within the FOCO and COCO model. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service, food quality, and customer satisfaction across all outlets. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, food safety regulations, and health guidelines. Work closely with cafe managers and mid-level managers to optimize daily operations and improve efficiency across all locations. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop the cafe management teams to ensure operational excellence. Work with the training department to ensure staff across all outlets are properly trained and adhere to company standards. Promote a positive work culture focused on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Manage recruitment, retention, and development of staff at all operational levels. Financial Oversight & Performance: Manage the P&L for all company-operated cafes, ensuring financial goals are met and operational costs are controlled. Work on strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all cafes. Regularly review outlet performance reports, analyzing sales trends, cost efficiency, and customer feedback to inform operational decisions. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in the QSR sector, with a strong focus on operations management. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration or a related field. Skills: Proven leadership in managing multi-location QSR operations. Excellent team management and interpersonal skills, with experience in developing and mentoring operational teams. Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost controls. Ability to work collaboratively with business development teams to drive expansion and operational growth.
