Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Introduce 2 new creative approaches per quarter, integrating emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI, IoT).

Upskill at least 3 designers per year to build a high-calibre creative unit.

Conduct monthly creative strategy meetings with BD & Execution teams.

Enhance creative consultation to retain 80%+ of key clients through impactful visual storytelling.

Implement CRM tracking to ensure data-driven decision-making and project accountability.

Responsibilities:

Guide designers, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high creative standards.

Conceptualize & deliver immersive branding & experience design. Oversee ideation, visual storytelling, and execution of branding solutions.

Work with BD and operations teams to integrate design thinking into client solutions.

Implement structured processes using CRM for project tracking and reporting.

Research and integrate innovative solutions into Hammers creative portfolio.

Represent the creative team in high-value client pitches and strategic discussions.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors or Masters in Design,

8+ years

Capable of building a high-performing design team.

Ability to understand business needs and translate them into compelling design solutions.

Strong presentation skills to influence decision-making

Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Proficient in design tech, automation tools & market trends.
